This version of the floor is called “Ultra” on account of its thicker boards and longer commercial warranty – 10 years, instead of 5. The boards feature an authentic surface texture and bevelled edges on all four sides.

Enjoy the flooring for longer with a Lifetime Residential warranty, and in the bathroom, take advantage of a separate 15-year water resistance warranty, provided that any stagnating water is not left for more than 72 hours. To qualify for the domestic 15-year water resistance warranty, you must seal the perimeter (including doorways, expansions breaks, radiator pipes etc) with Quickstep Hydrokit (available from the recommended accessories).
